Kurru Talent offers comprehensive career management programs for individuals at any stage in their career, college student through C-Suite/Executive. Rather than just helping you land your next job, our approach is focused on providing you the knowledge and tools required to achieve your long-term goals. Our programs are adaptable and we take pride in working with our clients to ensure that their unique needs are met while maintaining the highest level of service possible.

  

Depending on your needs and requirements, your program will fall under one of four major categories. Executive, Manager/Director, Professional or Student. While named for the more traditional tiers of employment found in business, they are certainly not restricted to those who work in a classic for-profit enterprise. Kurru is proud to offer career management services to individuals from any background, regardless of education or current employment. Included in the tier descriptions are some potential titles found outside of traditional business positions that may fall under them. If you don't see a title that corresponds to your own, that's okay! Simply include your current position in your request for further information and we will work with you to determine the program tier that most closely matches your experience and desired outcomes. 

All Kurru programs begin with a preliminary meeting to plan the course of your program and determine which options are a right fit for you. This includes determining whether your program will be conducted in-person, online or a hybrid of the two; determining your goals and needs in order to match you with a qualified consultant who has the appropriate experience and education to support you; and what kind of schedule works best for you so we can pair you with a consultant who is not only qualified, but available when you are.

The program is confidential, guided and directed by a dedicated Senior Career Consultant, working

with the participant one-on-one, and engaging our team of Specialists with the subject matter expertise needed. All executive tier programs include the following elements:

Assessment to improve professional self-awareness and effectiveness, we help the participant explain concisely why they are in transition and what they are seeking, as well as to describe their

personal attributes.​

Collateral to tell the participant’s story clearly, we work with them to craft effective collateral to help

get interviews for the right positions.

Networking & Career Strategy when the participant realizes they need to network but is not sure how, we assist them to develop an effective networking approach.

Social Media LinkedIn and other social media tools are essential in job search, so we help the participant build a powerful LinkedIn profile and strategy to increase visibility to recruiters and

decision makers.

Targeted Personal Marketing only the participant can win the job, but we can help them get from resume to recruiter to reach their targets, once they give us their parameters.

Interviewing the participant may not have interviewed for a long time and may be unsure how to handle difficult questions, so we help them interview confidently and effectively.

Opportunity Evaluation ​​many find negotiating is challenging, so we help the participant develop a strategy to match their compensation goals with offers.

Campaign Coaching participants need an ongoing sounding board as they implement their career strategy. During the search we provide accountability, feedback, and suggestions to fine-tune their approach.

On-boarding to create a good first impression and hit the ground running in the new job, we coach the participant through the first 90 days and beyond.
